Q 1. Are all Poco Ropa clothes machine washable?
A 1. Yes, we ensure that all our range is machine washable, unless specified.
Q 2. How do Poco Ropa sizes compare to U.K. clothes?
A 2. Continental sizes do vary just like sizes do within the U.K. Dress’s tend to be worn slightly longer on the continent. Poco Ropa sizes the clothes in age bands. If you are unsure which size to purchase we would recommend buying the larger size.

Q3A. Can you delivery to a different address?
A3A. As a rule we are advised by the CREDIT CARD companies not to delivery to any other address than the cardholders address, who has paid for the goods. This is due to the high amounts of fraud committed. However, we can make exceptions in particular circumstances. We would recommend that you email us with your information and we can contact you to discuss the arrangements.
Q3B. What are your delivery charges?
A3. Standard delivery costs £4.00 and will be delivered by Royal Mail. Items in stock should take up to 7 working days to arrive. Especially heavy and bulky items like layette and cribs may incure a higher delivery charge and in some cases would have to be quoted for delivery, dependant on weight, when placing the order. Insurance will also have to be quoted, for large items.
You can of course pay for next day delivery. This will cost £8.00 for clothing, and accessories. Additional charges will apply to heavier and larger items.
Delivery to Ireland and the rest of Europe is £6.00 . Please allow up to 21 days for delivery outside the U.K.

Q4. What happens if an item is not in stock?
A4. I'm afraid we cannot ensure permanent availability of all items although we do try our hardest. If something is out of stock we will always give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery times.
Q5. What happens if an item is not suitable or does not fit?
A5. Items can be returned within 21 days of purchase. Reduced goods must be returned in 7 days for an exchange.(see Q 13 REDUCED GOODS)Complete the returns form enclosed with your order indicating whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Please take the returns parcel to your nearest post office. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Goods are returned at your own expense. Please allow up to 21 days after you post the goods back to us to receive your refund or exchange order.
Q6. Can I visit your shop?
A6. Yes, our opening times are Monday thru Saturday, 9.30am-5.00pm.

A8. When we process your order we have the registered customers details, so we can adjust our prices accordingly. Please complete the order and we will charge you correctly.
Q9. Are your mattresses safe and BS safe.
A9. Yes they are free of antimony, arsnic and phosphorous, and are current BS.
Q10. Can your bedding for cots and cotbeds be purchased seperately?
A10. Yes, just email us and tell us what you require.
Q11. LAYETTE ORDERS. Can they be returned once ordered , payed for and received if I change my mind?
A11. Your layette order is placed by Poco Ropa for you direct with the manufacturer. You have 5 days to cancel after placing your order. We do not offer refunds for goods ordered and payed for after this time. We will of course look at each case on its own merits.

Q13. Can I have a refund for my reduced goods if they don't fit?
A13. We do not offer refunds for reduced goods, but we are happy to offer an exchange or a credit note. Reduced goods must be returned within 7 Days.
